Synopsis
Max is holding the manuscript of his first novel at last. 365 days of hard work have finally come to an end, however, he finds it impossible to accomplish a comparatively easy task: due to a sudden lack of inspiration and self-confidence the aspiring but as yet unsuccessful author can hardly write the required synopsis of his novel. Today of all days he has an im-portant date at a renowned publisher’s.
This just doesn’t seem to be his day: he is turned down and the people in charge do not even seem to remember his name. Utterly frustrated all he wants is to forget this day. His girlfriend Hannah eventually succeeds in motivating him to give it another try.
Walking his dog Giacomo he wants to recover his senses, but suddenly his life changes dramatically: he is knocked down by a car. However he doesn’t break his bones, but all he sees is glaring light.
Events come thick and fast: his house is no longer his, a furious stranger in a dressing gown chases him through his very own house, the police arrest him for theft and last but not least another question crops up: Where the hell is Hannah?
Gradually it dawns on him that he has apparently missed out three entire years. This realiza-tion makes him doubt his mind. Life does not seem to be the same any longer. Beloved people have changed as well… Everything has changed. Why can’t he remember anything?
While struggling to reveal the truth he discovers a dark secret which originated more than 15 years ago…and his manuscript seems to be the key.
A film about the search for truth and a second chance, which couldn’t turn out more deadly…
